2. Course Access
Upon successful payment and registration, you will be granted access to the selected course, program, or training service.
- Course access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing login credentials, study materials, or recorded content with others is strictly prohibited.
- VCANXL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
3. Payments and Refunds
- All fees must be paid in full as per the selected course or program.
- Payments made through the website are securely processed using Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By completing a transaction, you agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policy.
- VCANXL Skills and Education does not store, process, or have access to your debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking details. All payment data is handled securely by Razorpay.
Payment Failures:
- In the event of a payment failure where the amount is debited from your account but the transaction is unsuccessful, the refund (if applicable) will be processed by Razorpay or the respective bank as per their standard timelines.
- VCANXL shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, or technical issues beyond our control.
Duplicate or Excess Payments:
- If a duplicate or excess payment is made due to a technical error, the student must notify VCANXL with valid transaction details.
- After verification, the excess amount will be addressed as per Razorpay’s reconciliation process and applicable policies.
Refund Policy:
- Due to the nature of coaching and training services, fees once paid
are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific course or program.
- Refund requests, if applicable, will be evaluated strictly as per the communicated course policy.
- VCANXL Skills and Education reserves the right to revise course fees, payment modes, or fee structures at any time without prior notice.
VCANXL Skills and Education shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from payment gateway failures, technical errors, or banking delays.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, including study material, videos, mock tests, notes, branding, logos, and website content, is the intellectual property of VCANXL Skills and Education.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, resell, or modify any content without prior written permission.
5. User Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour at all times.
- Misconduct, abusive language, harassment, or disruption of the learning environment will result in disciplinary action.
- VCANXL reserves the right to terminate access without refund in cases of serious misconduct or policy violation.
6. Results Disclaimer
VCANXL Skills and Education provides structured coaching and training to support skill development and exam preparation. However, we do not guarantee specific exam scores, results, selections, or outcomes, as performance depends on individual effort and multiple external factors.
7. Modifications to Services
VCANXL reserves the right to update course content, schedules, trainers, or delivery methods when necessary to maintain quality and relevance, without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
